One of Sweden's most modern data centres
The facility is located in Västberga, south of Stockholm. It spans a total of 2,400 m², of which 1,200 m² is premium co-location space built for high power density of up to 22 kW per rack.
The data centre is designed to Tier II and Tier III principles with N+1 redundancy across power, cooling, and network. Staff are on-site around the clock, and we have direct physical access to our racks whenever needed.

Experienced technicians staff the facility around the clock.
Modern infrastructure
Everything from power supply to cooling and networking is designed with redundancy at multiple levels. No single point of failure should be able to take a customer rack offline.
Redundant power
Two independent power feeds into the facility, UPS with battery backup, and diesel generators (EcoPar) that take over without interruption in the event of a power failure. N+1 redundancy throughout.
Precision cooling
Free cooling from Stockholm's outdoor air for most of the year. Variable-capacity CRAC units maintain a consistent temperature in the server halls regardless of load or season.
Carrier-neutral network
Direct peering agreements with Telia, Tele2, GleSYS, and Stokab. Multi-homed BGP via multiple independent fibre lines for full redundancy and low latency across the Nordics.
High power density
Up to 22 kW per rack in the premium zone, supporting modern high-density hardware without thermal compromise.
Structured cabling
All structured cabling runs under a raised floor with separate power and data runs. Fibre and copper routed along parallel paths for full redundancy.
Real-time monitoring
Power, cooling, humidity, temperature, fire, and access are all logged and alarmed in real time. Each rack can be monitored individually.
Sustainable operations that heat Stockholm
Hosting with Admax isn't just reliable — it's actively climate positive. The data centre runs on 100% renewable electricity, and the waste heat from our servers is fed into Stockholm's district heating network, warming homes across the city.
100% renewable energy
All electricity powering the data centre comes from Swedish wind and hydropower. Zero emissions in operation.
Heat recovery
Waste heat from the servers is fed into Stockholm's district heating network to warm homes. The energy is used twice.
Free cooling nine months of the year
Stockholm's cool climate is used to cool the facility without compressors for much of the year, significantly reducing PUE.
Certifications and compliance
The facility is audited annually by an independent party. Certificates are active and renewed on schedule.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management
Certified processes for delivery and support.
ISO 14001:2015
Environmental management
Certified environmental practices including tracking of energy consumption and emissions.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Information security
Certified management system for the secure handling of customer data.
GDPR compliant: All customer data is stored within the EU/EEA. No data is transferred to third countries without a specific agreement and legal basis.
Protected at multiple levels
24/7 staffing, CCTV, biometric access control, and early fire detection.
Round-the-clock monitoring
Staffed reception and security personnel 24/7. The entire facility is covered by CCTV, both inside and out.
Multi-factor access control
Entry requires an access card plus PIN. Certain zones require biometric verification. All access is logged.
Fire protection and water detection
VESDA very early smoke detection, automatic inert gas suppression system, leak detectors, and separate fire compartments.
Smart hands on-site
Local technicians can carry out hands-on work directly in the facility whenever a rack requires physical attention.
A network built for low latency
The facility is connected to several independent fibre operators and has direct peering agreements with major Swedish and Nordic networks. Traffic always finds the shortest path and has alternative routes available if a link goes down.
BGP, DDoS protection, and 10/40/100 Gbit connectivity as standard. Average latency to Swedish visitors is under 10 ms.
