Admax Hosting AB is committed to protecting the personal privacy of its customers. You are always welcome to contact us for information about how we handle your personal data at Admax Hosting AB.

We have gathered all the information you need in two documents: a Privacy and data protection policy and a Data processing agreement.

Our Privacy and data protection policy explains how we handle your personal data and how we protect it in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Swedish law. If you collect or process personal data using computing resources (web hosting, email, or dedicated servers) managed by Admax Hosting AB, you will also need a data processing agreement with us. This agreement sets out what data you, as a customer and data controller, may process under your contract with Admax Hosting AB.

Both documents form an integral part of our agreement with you. If you require a customised data processing agreement, please contact us so that we can draw one up together.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details we hold for you are accurate, which means it is important to notify us of any changes to your address, phone number, and so on. Our control panel includes an automated function for this purpose. You are of course also welcome to contact us by email or phone.

Security systems are in place to protect against loss, alteration, and corruption of data. Customers are responsible for ensuring that only they and persons authorised by them have access to their accounts. Any suspected unauthorised use of a customer account must be reported immediately to Admax Hosting AB at abuse[at]admax.se.
