If something has gone wrong and you need to restore your email, website or server, here's how to go about it.
Restoring email
Open a support ticket with the following information:
- Which email account is affected
- The date you'd like us to restore from
- Exactly what should be restored (e.g. only the inbox, or everything)
If we carry out a restore, we charge a fee depending on the volume and scope. Prices start from 396 SEK + VAT.
Restoring a website or files
Open a support ticket with the following information:
- The domain name or web hosting account in question
- The date you'd like us to restore from
- Exactly what should be restored (e.g. only a specific folder, or everything)
We charge from 496 SEK + VAT for this work.
Restoring a server solution
Contact us via a support ticket in the customer portal.
