We take a backup every night of everything stored on our servers.
For websites, you can create your own backups via the control panel. Depending on your setup, there are several ways to do this. If you have any questions or need advice, please contact us by raising a support ticket.
Please note that we do not take backups for server solutions where backup has not been ordered.
