If something goes wrong or emails have disappeared for any reason, it's usually possible to restore them. Log in to the customer portal and raise a support ticket with the following details:
The email address in question
When the issue occurred
What you'd like restored (inbox only, or everything)
Please note that we take one backup per day and keep 7 generations (7 days back). If you have a POP account, we don't hold backups of your email as it's stored locally on your device. A restoration fee applies depending on the volume and scope involved. Prices start from 396 SEK excl. VAT.
