If your WordPress site is showing only a white screen, it is usually caused by a theme or plugin that is not working correctly. This can happen after an update, for example.
You can troubleshoot this using the debug mode:
In the wp-config.php file, change the following line
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
to
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
Once changed, you will most likely see an error message on screen that may help you identify why the page is blank. If you need help, please contact our support team via a support ticket, chat, or phone.
