I can't see my old emails on my phone

If you cannot see older emails in your phone's email app, first check that you have set the correct sync period for your account.

In the example below we are using a Samsung device and the Samsung email app. To access the settings, open the email app and tap the cog icon. Then tap the email address in question to reach the screen below. We have chosen to sync 2 weeks back.
