Phishing emails — messages where someone pretends to be from a legitimate company but is actually after your details — are unfortunately common. It is a form of fraud. We will never ask for your password.
If you are unsure about an email you have received, feel free to ask us. Delete the email if it turns out to be a phishing attempt.
