I have paid my invoice but it still shows as unpaid in the customer portal

Payments made by PayPal or card (Stripe) are updated immediately or within a few minutes. Payments made by Bankgiro may take some time to appear in our system. Once an invoice is marked as paid, you will receive a receipt by email. You can also see any status changes from unpaid to paid in the customer portal.

It is important that you pay your invoice on time to avoid downtime or risking losing your domain name. If an invoice is due on a Friday, we may not see a Bankgiro payment until the following week.

If you have entered incorrect details on an invoice, it may also take some time before we can match the payment to the correct invoice.
