If an invoice is not paid on time, we will first send a reminder. If payment is still not received, the affected services will be suspended and then deleted after a set period, depending on the type of service.
For domain names, non-payment means the domain may enter a quarantine period. A domain in quarantine must be restored before it can be used again, and this incurs an additional fee in accordance with the rules of the relevant top-level domain. If the domain is not restored, it will be deregistered.
