Email marked as spam

If an incoming email is marked as spam, there is a reason for it. To find out why a particular message was classified as spam, you need to check the email header. You can do this via your email client or through webmail. Open the email and select "View source" or "Show headers".

In the example below, the email from Microsoft is completely harmless as the "TotalSpamWeight" is 0 or lower.
